All returns/replacements require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) to ensure a proper and expedient return/replacement or refund. Please contact our customer support department to request an RMA# at email@example.com or call Toll Free 1-800-319-VALUE(8258).
All unopened items* may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund, return shipping/handling and insurance are your responsibility and you may be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 5%.
Opened, non-defective items* may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, return shipping/handling and insurance are your responsibility and you may be subject to a restocking fee of 5%-15%, fees vary in accordance to the return issue.
Defective items* are eligible for an exchange within 15 days of original receipt (please follow directions above). All special order and/or final sale items you must contact the manufacturer for warranty service.
Items must be returned in the exact condition of receipt, all original packing materials, boxes, manuals, accessories and warranty cards must be unscathed and included in your return to qualify for any replacement, exchange or refund.
Please return all merchandise within a shipping carton and do not write on the original manufacturer's box. RMA numbers should be entered into the second address line of your return shipping label to ensure a proper, quick return process.
Please allow 48-72 business hours for all returns to be processed.

Television In-Home Delivery Policy: Upon arrival, the unit will be unpacked by the couriers for you to conduct a complete inspection of the TV. Please inspect the TV for any damages that might have incurred during freight. After inspecting the unit, fill out and sign the supplied questionnaire confirming the condition of the unit has been inspected and approved by you. Any manufacturer defects please contact the manufacturer for warranty service.
